For our second lunch in Bali, Sonya took us to local Seminyak spot, Pak Malen to have Babi Guling or suckling pig, which is a famed Balinese dish. Our meal contained a soup, pork skin, loin, shoulder, stomach, and I’m not even sure what else on top of rice. It was prettyyyy freaking delicious, however extremely spicy. I have a tender mouth, so most things are spicy to me, but Danielle and I were both sweating from the heat our lunch packed.
